Yin Yoga


Tuesdays 20 - 21.30h with Lena (in English!)

 

An hour to let go and recharge your batteries. 

In yin yoga, you remain in the positions for several minutes without muscle tension in order to gently stretch the connective tissue, fascia and ligaments and mobilize the joints. This improves mobility and allows the nervous system to calm down. 

 

It is a time for you to really listen within and to experience and strengthen the mindfulness of your inner self.  

 

 

A good complement to Ashtanga yoga and open to anyone interested, no previous experience necessary!
