Together we will develop your own yoga practice, which can support you in your personal development on a physical and mental level. You learn to use your potential and to recognize and respect your limits.

Private Yoga is suitable as an intensive one-to-one introduction, if you need more intensive care and support, or as a more immersive form of the normal class.
There is also the possibility to book private yoga classes with your friends, in which I can accommodate special wishes, e.g. classes can be held in English!
