YIN FLOW

Tuesdays 20 - 21.15h with Clara Czok

 

YIN FLOW combines longer holds in Yin poses with gentle dynamic elements and simple breathing techniques. This combination can calm and ground the body and support regeneration.

Your breath carries you through the practice and promotes deep relaxation, gentle strength, and regulation of the nervous system. 

 

 

A good complement to Ashtanga yoga and open to anyone interested, no previous experience necessary!

YIN YOGA

Sundays 19 - 20.15h with Rebecca Scheller

 

We find peace and relaxation in passive asanas, which are held for 3-5 minutes. The focus is always on ensuring that the asana feels good in your body. I offer sounds and occasionally gentle flowing movements to help you find your own individual form of the asana.

 

A good complement to Ashtanga yoga and open to anyone interested, no previous experience necessary!
